In certain German/Austruian/Swiss and whatnot regions it also stand for "mouth" or "snout" - so for example in Bavaria, Germany, they say FOTZENHOBEL to a mouth organ or FOTZENSPANGLER for an orthodontist (Spangler is panel-beater/plumber or tin-smith). There is no relation to the Cunt-meaning here. And to slap someone in the face means to FOTZ someone here...
