Chanel. Wow. Have you seen images from the new Pre-Fall Chanel collection that Karl Lagerfeld dished out in Edinburgh, Scotland? Intense in a Queen Mary of Scots beheaded by Queen Elizabeth I kind of way that has not really been done. After all the grand movies and giving Cate Blanchett her much deserved career, the fashion of those times are back, with a vengeance. Granted, and I have been saying this for years, Karl Lagerfeld needs an editor because no one needs to see seventy-eight looks because then things can get costumey, but all my opinions aside, this was a spectacular collection in every which way but loose.
