Alexandra Richards
Fashion photographer Tony Kelly shot Alexandra Richards, daughter of Patty Hansen and Keith Richards, for French Playboy last year and for some reason these images have been getting Googled today in a big way, so whatever, here they are again, by popular demand. I MEAN…WHAT?!? also featured Lindsay Lohan’s first ever nude pictorial for Muse magazine. What can I say, always a nudie, never a nude. … Read More »
Protest Against Marriage Equality
Talk about showing up late to the party. There is a group of anti-gay zealots that want to overturn the Marriage Equality Act that went into law this week for the State of New York. What is with these right-wing religious hypocrites? As we see in these pictures, there is an equal smattering of Gross Baboons and Orthodox Jews, you know, of the recent killing of the little boy fame. As well as the many Orthodox Jewish men who I witnessed coming regularly to the Meatpacking District in the 1990’s when I lived there to pick up MALE tranny hookers.… Read More »
Big Bad News Of The World
UPDATE July 17: The world is watching as Rupert Murdoch, his son, James and that fiery red-head Rebekah Brooks appear before Parliament today. Talk about “what goes around comes around”. To quote Marie Antoinette: “Let them eat cake!” Well, these folks are about to nibble on some just desserts all right. A nice big wedge of humble pie and a big slice of crow. (Who would have thunk that it would be taken literally. Did you see the pie in the face thing? OY!) And may the Fox News Channel feel the grapes of wrath regarding future investigations, while we… Read More »
As Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 steamrolled into theaters so too did Sarah Palin‘s gem classic, The Undefeated. Early reports are not looking good for Sarah’s Mariah Carey Glitter moment. The other night I was watching Sarah Palin on Fox News. Yes, I occasionally flick over to witness what hatred is being spewed and was, as always, amazed that Sarah was in full regalia, spewing hatred. To Sarah, her regalia comes in a far more informal look that that of, let’s say, Prince William or any other military personnel. Her suit of armor conveys more of a… Read More »
Tyra Banks, move over. We are now watching the ultimate beauty contest between Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann as they go toe to toe in the hopes of becoming America’s Next Top Model… Citizen? Now all we need is a segment with Miss J Alexander as he shows the hopefuls how to walk up to the podium with grace, turn, nod to constituents, wave ever so slightly, then walk off stage without answering any questions. There is little difference between these two ladies when you stop, look and listen to them. Welcome to our newest reality show, model camp meets… Read More »
Breaking Newzzz
Couple of weeks ago, with an itch to see a summer film, though the offering so far seems lackluster, we were this close to seeing Super 8 when a review in The New York Times by Manohla Dargis lead us to, of all places, Bad Teacher. According to Ms. Dargis, this film was one step away from a Carole Lombard screwball comedy directed by Howard Hawks. Clearly, someone drank the Kool-Aid or some kind of liquid substance before seeing this film, that not being me. Dumbstruck, we sat through the movie wondering what the attraction was for Manohla. Have I… Read More »
Sleep No More
The odd thing about this incredible theatrical extravaganza, for lack of a better description, is that after I saw Sleep No More, I slept for 13 hours. Coincidence? I don’t think so. As a member of the over AARP eligible set, sleep is something that does not come in large clumps anymore, on the contrary. Now I relish six hours here and there coupled with a few one or two hour naps. But I am totally digressing from what was an exhausting, mind-altering experience called Sleep No More. My sister and I had been talking about seeing the show every… Read More »

The good news is that there is a rise of couture customers because… Read More »
Icons On The Paris Runways
Let’s get off the Manzie Report for one minute and focus on the grooming during the recent Paris men’s shows. The iconic references were almost palpable. Some of the looks were clearly inspired by the biggest icons from our youth, be it movies, television, or books. There they were, front and center, sashaying down the runways like the ghosts of Christmas past. Follow us on Twitter.com/imeanwhat or Sally Field Us on Facebook. … Read More »
